Shops
Avatarverse offers shops around the world run by NPCs where you can buy and sell items with the in-game currency Yuans. You can also create your own shop and sell items to other players.
Admin Shops
Admin shops are NPC shops spread across the world where you can buy or sell items but are primarily used for selling items to get money. They used to sell most resources but now usually only sell the resources that are impossible to obtain in nodes. Instead, they buy resources from players, giving them Yuans in return.
Admin shops are located at Supāno, also known as Spawn Island, as well as the major cities of each nation. You can search for specific items in shops using /shop search <item>. You can also find them on the Dynmap, where they are denoted by gold coins icons, and click on these icons to see exactly which items are bought or sold.
Player Shops
Player shops are NPC shops created by players where they can sell items to others. You can create your own shop by running the command /shop create <name>, which costs 20 vote points, meaning you must have voted for the server at least 20 times. You will then need to make a general support ticket on Discord to request the NPC to be set up. In the ticket, provide the following information:
- Name of the NPC
- Skin of the NPC, either the username of someone wearing the skin, or a raw PNG skin file
- Coordinates of where to place the NPC
- Any dialogue you want the NPC to have. You can use this website for colorful or formatted dialogue, and give us the raw input.
- Name of your shop
Player shops can sell any item, and prices are set by the owner of the shop. You can search player shops with /shop searchplayershops <item> or /shop sps for short.
