Anya Grish, also known as Anya Grish-Chen, was the Zongdu of the Earth Kingdom’s Si Wong province and the founder of Isiwei, a developed city in the northern Si Wong Desert, built under her direction as a central hub for tourism and nightlife, and intended to bring economic growth and modern development to the region. She was also secretly the leader of Republic City’s Creeping Crystal Triad.

She is best known for revitalising the Si Wong province during her tenure, and establishing Isiwei as a major settlement under her leadership. Despite her public administrative role, she maintained covert control over the Creeping Crystal Triad, operating within Republic City.

Anya Grish was the wife of Satomi Grish-Chen. Following Anya’s banishment for violating the Oasis Accords in Foggy Swamp territory, Satomi succeeded her as Khodaar of Isiwei. Her appointment to the position raised eyebrows, however Satomi's deep ties to the community and her service through her therapy clinic were cited as reasons for her leadership, and pledged to continue Isiwei's growth and uphold Anya's ision for a thriving Sand Tribes.
