Property

Avatarverse uses a housing system that allows players to buy or rent pre-defined areas that are protected from modification by others. These areas are called properties and can also be used by governments to designate public spaces protected from build, prisons, etc. Payments for properties go to the treasury of the nation that the property is in, and the nation can set the price of properties within their borders.

Locking System

Avatarverse makes use of various plugins in order to help enchance the Roleplay and Gameplay experience. The locking system provides you with the ability to lock doors and chests, protecting them from being destroyed, password protect them, allow only certain people to access them, or even allow public access while retaining protection.

Private Locking

Protect a container, door, or other block, making it private to you. Only you and players you specified can access it.

Usage

/lock <type> -Click on a block to lock it based on type

Types-

Private: Others players are prohibited from using a private locked block
Public: Anyone may access this block
Display: Other players can only view the contents of a block
Deposit: Other players can input items, but cannot retrieve them from the block
Withdrawl: Other players may only retrieve items from this block, not deposit

Add/Remove Player with Private Locking

Modifies the access list of a protected block, allowing you to add or remove players.

Usage

/bolt modify <add|remove> <normal/autoclose> <player/polity/rank/password> - will add/remove whomever is specified in the access list of the protected block Place Only/Donation Access Sets a block to donation mode, where anyone can put items into the container but cannot take items out.

Password Unlocking

Allows you to unlock a block that is protected with a password by providing the correct password.

Usage

/bolt password <password> - unlock blocks locked with the password

Unlocking

Allows access and removes the protection from a container, door, or other block, making it accessible to anyone.
