The First Treaty of Republic City was a territorial transfer agreement signed in 134 AG between the United Empire of Nations, an organisation that consists of the Earth Kingdom and United Republic of Nations, and the Sun Warriors. The treaty resulted in the transfer of Republic City to Sun Warriors control following diplomatic pressure and the fulfilment of an earlier promise made by Earth King Shinso, later High Councilman Shinso, who was imprisoned for breaking the merge treaty by promising the Sun Warriors land.

The origins of the treaty trace back to 133 AG during rising tensions between the Earth Kingdom and the United Empire of Nations. After Earth King Shinso demanded the United Republic City's province of Senlin and President Polly refused, the Earth Kingdom declared war. During the same period, Republic City was reportedly promised to the Sun Warriors.

The Sun Warriors accepted control of the city immediately after signing. Republic City was subsequently renamed Repyras and placed under Sun Warrior administration. The United Empire of Nations relinquished all governing authority over the territory.

The treaty was signed in Republic City. Under its terms, sovereignty of the city was formally transferred from the United Empire of Nations to the Sun Warriors.

The First Treaty of Republic City is recorded as a major territorial realignment in the post-Shinso era and is often referenced in discussions regarding early Sun Warrior expansion and the decline of United Empire influence in central regions.
