Arcoa was the Sun Empire's name for the island of Qiong, which is currently controlled by the Earth Kingdom. It is an island in the Mo Ce Sea, which is part of the Earth Kingdom’s Chunying province.
In 136 AG, the former Zongdu of Chunying, Ginshi Yagisen, requested as his dying wish that the island of Arcoa, was granted to Reiko Fujin-Tamae, the Regent Elder of the Eastern Air Temple. This was denied by the ruling family Beifong.
