The Second Treaty of Republic City was a territorial exchange agreement signed in 135 AG between the Sun Empire, ruled by Sun Empress Alinova Dainagon and the United Republic. The treaty resulted in the transfer of Republic City to the United Republic in exchange for the western part of Kaiyo Province, which came under Sun Empire control.

Under the terms of the treaty, the Sun Empire formally relinquished control of Republic City. In return, the United Republic ceded the western region of Kaiyo Province. The exchange was carried out as a direct swap of administrative authority, with both territories transitioning to their new governments shortly after signing.

The treaty was signed in Republic City in 135 AG. Republic City returned to United Republic administration, while the Sun Empire expanded its control further into Kaiyo Province.
