Nozawa is a province in the east of the Fire Nation, east of Shuhon and southeast of Crescent Island. It is commonly referred to as Ember Island and holds two towns. Nozawa didn't play a huge part in the Hundred Year War and by the mid-1st century AG, Ember Island had the reputation of being a relaxed (even lazy) beach locale. Of all the affluent families in Nozawa, the Dainagons stood out as the most prosperous, dominating the island for centuries. Nozawa holds a nice fishing pier. As of 172 AG there is no current governor.
