Akira Fudo was the Captain of the Fifth Nation, the former concubine of Earth Queen Destra, and former Editor-in-Chief of the Dragonhawk Daily Newspaper of the United Republic, until their death in 137 AG. Akira Fudo later revived the Fifth Nation, a historic pirate nation, with support from the Sun Empire, who gifted them Seilkuq. This led to the start of the Dragonhawk War with the Earth Kingdom.
