Bubble Adoria was the 7th Vice President of the United Republic of Nations under President Polly Adoria from 133–134 AG. He later became a High Council member of the United Empire of Nations in 134 AG following the merger of the United Republic of Nations and the Earth Kingdom.
After the merger, the United Empire of Nations was governed by a High Council composed of Polly Adoria, Bubble Adoria, and Shinso Tendario, who had previously served as Earth King.
Bubble Adoria was later murdered in 134 AG by Destra Beifong and Siniestro Beifong after he refused to appoint them to the Domestic Council of Ba Sing Se.
