Rokah Mammon (玛蒙·罗卡; Mǎméng Luókǎ; born Rokah Olahe in 150 AG) is a notorious bloodbender. She was also known by the aliases "Rabbit", which was given by Shu Mammon, becoming one of the most dangerous antagonist of her era, having been closely associated with Shu Mammon and Khoa Si.
Her association with Khoa Si can be seen on numerous occasions, with the two being known partners in acts of torture, including the murder of Raohen Huo, Head of the Dai Li of the Earth Kingdom, and the capture of Earth Monarch Huang Ling in exchange for Heimlock Ling, Huang Ling's father, as revenge for the murder of Khoa's sister, Bac Si.
To this day, after the Siege of the Northern Pole and the execution of Shu Mammon, Rokah Mammon remains in hiding as of 179 AG, with little information regarding her whereabouts since the events.
