Avatarverse has a variety of custom items for various purposes, but currently the majority are decorative. Many of these items are available for purchase on the Lotus Shop with Lotus Coins, which can be purchased from our store or sometimes earned as a reward for winning certain competitions or helping the server in some way. The Lotus Shop is an in-game virtual shop that can be accessed by typing /lotus in the chat. It sells items called assets(amongst other options), which are basically a protected class of items.

Assets are items that can be placed in the world and are protected from being stolen by other players. They are non-transferrable. This means that once you place an asset, it cannot be picked up by anyone else. They're usually furniture items, but sometimes also cosmetic hats or other wearables.

Other items may be unobtainable from the Lotus Shop, and these are usually items associated with a specific nation or profession, which are doled out by Nation Leaders when you earn a certain position. For example, there is a special hat worn by the Dai Li that is only available to Dai Li agents.

Avatarverse has plans to implement more items that can be crafted or earned through other aspects of gameplay. These items would have special properties such as bending enhancements.
