Rules/Server Rules

Avatarverse universal rules

These rules are applicable in any Avatarverse-related space, including the Discord server, the Minecraft servers, the forum website, and any official Avatarverse nation Discord. These rules cannot be superseded by any nation's rules/laws, or else that nation's leader may be subject to forced removal.

1. No seriously disrespecting, harassing, or bullying players, or staff, and no discriminating based on race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, etc.
2. No player under the age of 13 is permitted to play on Avatarverse or join its official Discord servers.
3. No spamming chat, and no spamming commands.
4. No excessive caps.
5. No evading punishments, such as bans, tempbans, and mutes, through any method, including but not limited to alternate accounts and commands.
6. No advertising anything not related to Avatarverse in public chat. If you would like to advertise something to someone, you may do that in private messages as long as you have their consent. Sending links without the intention to advertise anything is permitted.
7. No impersonating players or staff, and no saying staff said something they did not say.
8. No NSFW (not safe for work) chat or content.
9. No using Discord plugins/add-ons to view hidden channel/ticket names. Reading or searching for the names may be considered metagaming and/or a breach of anonymity.
10. No trying to make someone feel uncomfortable, threatened, or triggered.
11. No sharing anyone's personal information without their consent.
12. No offensive or inappropriate usernames.
13. No discussing real-world politics or similarly controversial topics in public chats.

Minecraft server network-wide rules

The universal rules still apply; these rules are additional to those and specific to the Minecraft servers on our network.

1. No using any hacked client, and no attempting to hack the server or any of its players in any way.
2. Modification of the world is prohibited beyond personal interiors. Protected areas including public, outdoor, canon, or other spaces designated as protected by staff require you to obtain express permission from the respective Nation Leader and the Build Team's approval in a Construction Ticket. Any unapproved modifications of the world is considered equivalent to grief and will be handled accordingly.
3. No abusing glitches or bugs of any sort, and no using duplicators.
4. No intentionally causing lag. This includes but is not limited to lag-inducing redstone contraptions and spamming laggy bending moves.
5. No using alternate Minecraft accounts unless granted permission by an admin.
6. No using AFK pools, macros, or anything else for the purpose of staying online to artificially increase playtime.

RPG-specific rules

The universal and Minecraft network rules still apply; these rules are additional to those and specific to the Minecraft RPG server and any affiliated Discord channels.
