Agna Qel'a, meaning the "Shining Lady", is the capital city of the Northern Water Tribe, and the traditional seat of the chiefs of the Water Tribes. Located at the shores of the Northern Sea, the city has traditionally served as a major economic hub. It is the birthplace of many prominent Northern people.
