House Hu (胡; Hú) is the current royal house of the Fire Nation. The house currently is the royal family of the Fire Nation, with Taiyomizu Hu serving as the 23rd Fire Lord. The family's connection to the Fire Nation's royal line began with Akihito Yuka-Hu, who married into the Hu family and served as the 9th Fire Lord. Later, the House became part of the royal line through Inaba Hu, creating the Hu family as the ruling dynasty of the Fire Nation.
