The Northern Water Tribe is the northern state of the Water Tribe located on the northern continent. The Northern Water Tribe is led by Tahu Hu, while the Southern Water Tribe is led by Naga Tona. The two Water Chiefs govern the Water Tribe through the unified council, Council of Akhlut.
