Khoa Sì (西·科阿; Xī Kē'ā; born 152 AG and died 178 AG, aged 26) was a High Elder of the Water Tribe before becoming known for her bloodbending and association with Rokah Mammon. Khoa and Rokah worked together to murder Raohen Huo, the Head of the Dai Li, and capture the Earth Monarch Huang Ling in exchange for Heimlock Ling, Huang Ling's father.
