Aeras was the Air Temple Island shared between the United Fire Nation and the Air Nation as a result of the signing of the Aeras Treaty from 122 AG to 123 AG. Under United Fire Lord Ichida Yuka, the United Fire Nation established Air Temple Island as a province, naming it Aeras Province and installing Southern Regent Elder Yume as its elder, all after the World War which allowed the Fire Nation to assume control of the anarchic 1st United Republic.
