The Aeras Treaty was a co-ownership agreement between the United Fire Nation and the Air Nation to share the ownership of the Air Temple Island, signed in 122 AG at the island. The United Fire Nation also established Air Temple Island as a province, naming it Aeras Province and installing Southern Regent Elder Yume as its elder.
The Treaty agreement lasted until the 123 AG after the United Fire Nation dissolved and granted independence to the United Republic, which subsequently transferred 100% of the ownership to the Air Nation.
